We are not complete snobs but we believe that once you decided to buy a handbag, its saying “I do”. Thus, we maintain a NO REFUND policy and we will only exchange an item if:

1. The Item wa found damaged upon delivery
2. The item delivered did not correspond to your order

How Do I Exchange an Item?

All our bags are meticulously packaged to avoid any damages upon delivery. We are fully committed to bringing you quality products that are thoroughly inspected prior to being delivered.

W eare also committed to providing excellent service and should there be any established discrepancies please emails us at marthanena2020@gmail.com and indicate the reasons for requesting an exchange within fourteen (14) business days upon receiving the item.
